This was a first visit and Jason came exactly on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable which made it easy to discuss our PC problem, which he fixed quickly at a reasonable cost. We were impressed that he gave freely advice on other matters. Also we liked the fact that he did not try to sell us something like new motherboard or tower case.
