Jason turned up when he said he would and immediately set about fixing my computer. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and finished the repair soon after. Looking over his shoulder, I could see how easily he worked with my system and it was awe inspiring to see a true professional in action. He then guided me through the process of backing up my email files – something I’d never been able to do – and configured some other applications to make them more user friendly.
