Jason has been our IT “man” for some years and has always given us very professional advice and help.
he has been wonderful helping us we are grateful but especially the last week with NBN I don’t know what I would do with out his caring kindness and help.

I used Jason’s PC Services recently when my computer was not working as I wanted it to. He was the third computer expert I phoned and the first one to take my call rather than asking me to leave a message which I really appreciated. He said he would call on me at 11.30 a.m. the following day and at 11.00 he arrived which was also appreciated. He quickly determined what the problem was and fixed it very quickly and also tested the system. He was here for about half-an-hour and I had a problem soon after he left due to my limited knowledge of systems and he said he would come back soon which he did and dealt with the issue very quickly. I considered he was very professional and customer focused in his approach and I asked for his business card and will use him again if I have any issues in the future.

I used Jason for the 1st time yesterday, he arrived right on time he said he would, I thought that was great, my computer was in a real mess so to speak, he was so good , went all over the computer, and fixed everything for me, I am so pleased now how my machine is going now top marks to him……..

What do you require in a person you call on to repair something – first reliability – to turn up when they say they will – second know their trade and third – don’t charge over the top.
